About.
// Who I Am
I'm Charlie Kennedy — a computer science graduate from the UK, now based in Zurich. I have an international background and a broad range of development experience across games, web, dev tools, distributed systems, databases, and data analysis.
I started Kennedy Informatik because a varied skillset and a drive to keep learning don't fit neatly into a single job title. Freelancing lets me work across domains, tackle a variety of interesting problems, and get deeper into problems for the sake of developing software and learning more without being confined in a normal work role.
// What I Do
I work with anyone who has something interesting to build — startups, small businesses, solo founders, and developers who want a second pair of hands. I'm equally comfortable writing the code, designing the architecture, or helping you understand, fix, and continue work on your own projects.

// Why I Do This
Most people with a broad technical background end up forced to pick a lane. I'd rather stay curious — and the best way to do that is to work on a wide range of problems with people who actually need them solved.
I care about helping clients understand what they're building, not just delivering a black box. If you want to own and maintain your software after I'm done, I'll make sure you can.
